About Jamie Waryck

A trusted real estate professional known for her sharp attention to detail, client-centric approach, and commitment to the highest ethical standards, Jamie Waryck has been involved in real estate since 2000 when she launched her career in the Chicago market. Since 2011, she has been working in the Los Angeles area, helping buyers, sellers and investors navigate the Southern California market, with a special focus on the beach cities of the South Bay.

Jamie’s well-rounded experience in all aspects of the industry, from negotiations to marketing and advertising, along with her expansive global reach, allows her to provide her clients with the absolute best support throughout a transaction. Jamie draws on her Master’s in Writing and Communications, time as a collegiate professor, and early years as a competitive gymnast to effectively listen to her clients’ needs and guide them through successful transactions in which goals are met and expectations are exceeded.

 

Jamie’s confidence during the negotiating process, experience across diverse markets, and natural ability to educate her clients along the way have all played a part in the successful track record she has built in the business. Detail-oriented and tenacious in her efforts to get her clients to a successful close, Jamie understands the decisions surrounding a sale or purchase are often difficult ones, and is proud to serve as a sounding board, partner, and trusted guide through every step of the process.

In addition to her own work, Jamie is a sought-after mentor for newer agents entering the field. Whether a client is looking to purchase a beachside home in the South Bay, a mansion in Beverly Hills, a starter condominium in the city or a sprawling estate in Orange County, Jamie is ready to serve them.

 

Outside of real estate, Jamie enjoys traveling, whether it’s a quick getaway with her husband to the desert or wine country or a more elaborate trip out of the country. If she’s staying local, you’ll find her working out at the gym, relaxing on her boat, or enjoying the beach life in the South Bay with family and friends. Jamie received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois and obtained her Master of Arts Degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
